Mc Palace Hotel Spa & Convention

Amazing stay at MS Palas – highly recommended! I had a wonderful experience staying at MS Palas in Cyprus. The hotel is modern, clean. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful sea view. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of fresh and delicious food. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere – perfect for relaxing. Would definitely come back again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable holiday in Cyprus.

The location was perfect for the concert at Chamada beach club and other clubs like coconongos and cage. The room was very big and clean. The hotel is new and luxurious. The buffet was good at breakfast and dinner. There is an Irish pub and a Gloria Jeans coffee shop built into the hotel if you feel like something different than the options of the hotel. The pool was big and had at least 30 sun loungers available. There is a spa with a hamam and gym downstairs.

Beautifully decorated hotel, really smart in all areas. Economy room was huge. Also viewed the other room types and will definitely consider a sea view room in future as well as the economy room. (Not mountain view only due to main road outside.) Food was beautiful, meat was cooked to perfection (my hubby cooks and is very particular about food but loved everything.) Desserts were to die for. Breakfast has cereals, nuts, pulses, jams, yogurts, bread for toast, salad and fruits, multiple delicious pastries, Turkish omelette, scrambled, boiled and poached eggs, beans, pancakes, a spicy Turkish meat that was lovely, halloumi, sausage in tomato sauce, a Turkish wrap that was delish, ham and cheeses. Dinner options were chips, fish dish, boiled vegetables chicken dish, 1 other meat dish (saw lamb and beef on alternative nights), soup, pizza, pasta with different sauces, salad options and desserts and fruits. Water is given complimentary with each meal. Tea, coffee and juice is available at breakfast, to order a drink with dinner was reasonably priced. The Efes on draft was very smooth and refreshing. Had an issue with the electrics going off in the room on last night. Called reception and they promptly sent someone with towels (misunderstanding due to language difference bless them ) He called someone else to come and they fixed very quickly with an account of what they were going to do whenever they had to leave us in the dark-literally 😂. Rooms were lovely and clean, whole hotel is spotless. Staff are friendly and restaurant staff are very efficient.. One waiter thought we had left and cleared the table very quickly which we had a laugh about with him as it's no bother. Bellboy was very willing to help anytime we saw him, we only had 1 suitcase too. WiFi is very fast in all areas. Bed was so comfortable, it was hard to get up for breakfast. Loved the hotel, very happy with our stay there and will definitely return.

The room is large and spacious, and the staff is pleasant and not intrusive. The room has all the necessary amenities, with excellent WiFi that is fast and stable. You can order food to the room 24/7, which is a great option if you return after 10pm. The meals are reasonably priced and delicious. Just a tip: avoid rooms facing the inner courtyard, as they don't get much sunlight.

Stuff were very friendly. The breakfast was very good, but could be much more better. The stuff service was very good except few people who were rushing to put water and skipped filling water all persons on the same table (my partner).
